
Refund And Cancellation Policy
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with RERA Easy by Envision Next to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, the User may cancel the Transaction only if it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In such cases, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. RERA Easy by Envision Next retains sole discretion in approving any cancellation requests and may ask for additional details before processing any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only scenario where you can request a replacement, return, or refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for a refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.
A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made by raising a ticket here, contacting us at info@reraeasy.com, or calling us at +91 73048 38163. The request must include a clear and specific reason for the refund, outlining the exact terms that have been violated, along with any supporting proof, if required. If the terms for a refund are found to be genuine and satisfactory, the refund will be processed within 15-20 working days. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined solely by RERA Easy by Envision Next, and additional details may be requested before approving any claims.
This policy is governed by the applicable laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
